Job Description

1. Monitor, interpret, and analyze compliance and standard requirements in the AI and data fields across overseas markets, including Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, etc.

2. Collaborate with business and product teams to assess compliance risks, develop effective mitigation measures, and support the implementation of compliance.

3. Research and analyze global trends in policy, technology, industry ecosystems, and international standards related to AI and data.

4. Liaise with international standards organizations and overseas regulatory authorities to establish regular communication.

5. Develop overseas compliance and international standard strategies, design cohesive gloabl compliance and standardization architecture, and establish global baselines for compliance and security.

1. Hold a Master's degree or higher in information technology, with a preference for a background in AI.

2. A minimum of five years' experience working with international standards, including leading standard project initiatives, and with a preference for holding leadership roles within international standardization development organizations.

3. A minimum of three years' experience working with international compliance, with a proven track record of liaising with overseas regulatory authorities.

4. Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills are required; proficient in English are required, including strong listening, speaking, reading, writing, and English debating skills in standardization contexts.

5. Possess a positive and optimistic outlook, grounded and sincere demeanor, exceptional communication abilities, resource integration skills, a strong entrepreneurial drive, quick learning capacity, and excellent teamwork capabilities.

6. Work authorization required: Hong Kong, Europe, US
