• Well Services holds global responsibility for overseeing all divisional operations, ensuring the integrity, performance, and strategic alignment of engineered products and solutions.
This role sets the strategic direction for operations, with authority to approve engineering, product sustainment, and new product development (NPD), while driving continuous improvement through innovative business models, streamlined workflows, and optimized processes to enhance competitiveness, product engineering, service delivery, and financial performance. Key responsibilities (not limited to) Lead and inspire a global team of Service Delivery, Planning, and Operations professionals, ensuring consistent performance, motivation, and adherence to high standards. Approve operational plans, service delivery processes, and technology development initiatives to support execution, growth, and scalability. Develop and implement policies to achieve core operational objectives and ensure field-ready products and solutions. Oversee the composition of global and regional service delivery teams. Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, reducing non-productive time (NPT), enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency. Approve engineering and sustaining activities for new and existing products, prioritizing projects and allocating CAPEX for commercialization. Own the CAPEX budget, resourcing models, and supply chain operations, implementing industry standards and minimizing delivery risks. Optimize global fleet size, asset utilization, and total cost of ownership for engineered products and solutions. Evaluate potential merger and acquisition (M&A) candidates to support strategic growth, technology portfolio enhancement, and operational objectives. Ensure business continuity and proactive risk management. Up to 20% domestic or international travel is required Qualifications Education:
Minimum university Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline. Experience:
Must have 5 years of experience in Engineering Operations Management or related occupation Must have 5 years of relevant operational experience from the Exploration & Production industry, with operational or management experience in a deep water environment, an offshore environment within the European Economic Area (EEA), and with a National Oil Company (NOC) in the Middle East. Must have 2 years of management experience with financial responsibility (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) where the annual top line revenue is >$50M. Must have 5 years experience in technology lifecycle management from an organization with 50+ employees. Must have 2 years of experience in introducing a new upstream technology to an international market where the technology was progressed from TRL7 status to full commercialization. Must have 5 years of experience with API specification 6A and have experience either deploying or managing the deployment of equipment certified to the API 6A specification. Must have 2 years of experience of running a successful operation with positive IBT and a safety record that shows focus and improvement on key OSHA HSE
metrics such as TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) and LTIFR (Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate). Must also have 2 years of experience with implementation of near
• miss incident reporting.
Must have 2 year of multi-country regional experience in a minimum of North America, Middle East, Caspian region, Europe and Scandinavia or previous headquarter (global) experience with coverage in the aforementioned regions. Must have 5 years of experience managing diverse teams, including direct and indirect reports, with a focus on engineering professionals as part of a team with >15 direct reports.
