Job Purpose and Impact
The Global Employee Relations Consultant will be accountable for the execution and delivery of global employee relations solutions. In this role, you will support global programs and activities which support the Employee Relations COE and coordinate the delivery of programs in close partnership with regional and country HR partners. You will be a connector across people and programs globally and provide innovative solutions to complex problems while managing multiple projects with global scope.
You will provide knowledge and governance for key partners in employee relations and support the overall portfolio and program approach and business outcomes and metrics necessary to drive the initiatives globally. You will provide relevant experience and critical problem solving and will leverage continuous improvement and industry methodologies to successfully manage global programs within the portfolio. Key Accountabilities
Serve as a global employee relations specialist to provide relevant and effective consulting services to employee relations specialists, country/business HR teams and businesses.
Participate in major special projects as needed providing your employee relations expertise.
Provide project management expertise, guidance or consultation and collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure organizational readiness, execute employee relations programs, identify program risks, and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved and usage of available tools and resources (leveraging collaboration tools, such as MS Teams, SharePoint etc).
Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements and define the scope and objectives to drive business decisions by providing employee relations consultancy services globally, as needed.
Contribute to (capability building) training, consultation and stakeholder management on employee relations and compliance related topics, policies and procedures.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications : Expert working knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation applications Working knowledge of project management and data visualization applications Experience with driving continuous improvement within an organization by using data and metrics to monitor and improve Another language will be considered as an advantage
