Role & responsibilities
Responsible for continuous improvements in the processes deployed
Responsible for deployment of new accounting process & tool
Standardization of Intercompany Reconciliation Process & Exploring Automation Capabilities
Deploy Project plan for new entities
Knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP in FICO Module
Drive change management for new processes/tools
Secure local project resources
Act as first point of contact for end user functional queries
Prior Experience in HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), SAP Central Finance would be an added advantage
Organize training workshops
Project Management & Change management experience
Preferred candidate profile
Experience with Shared Services is an advantage
Strong Accounting Knowledge (IFRS)
Proficiency in MS Office
Lean/Six Sigma capabilities would be an added advantage
Standardization & Automation Mindset
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications External
At least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Commerce.
8-10 years of experience in Financial Accounting or Reporting
At least 2-3 years of Shared Services Experience is an added Advantage
Good Communication in English (Additional foreign language (French) is added advantage)
