MBA in Human Resources with 6–10 years of relevant experience supporting global HR functions in a multinational organization.
2–4 years of international exposure/experience is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create professional presentations and data-driven reports.
Prior experience collaborating with international colleagues and cross‑cultural teams.
A sharp eye for detail, especially in data accuracy, MIS preparation, and report generation.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with Group HR / Global HR Headquarters with a strong mindset for collaboration and alignment
