What You'll Do
As a Product Director on the GenAI Assistant Scaling Team, you will play a critical role in leading the development and optimization of the infrastructure that supports our AI-driven platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and meets both business and user needs. Your experience in launching and maintaining enterprise-scale platforms will be essential to drive success in this role.
Among your responsibilities, you will:
• Lead infrastructure initiatives to support the scaling of GenAI platforms, ensuring the system is secure, reliable, and optimized for performance.
• Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure the platform's scalability, including cloud infrastructure such as AWS and Azure.
• Oversee infrastructure performance, focusing on uptime, monitoring, and overall system reliability.
• Manage the product lifecycle for infrastructure-related features, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Act as the voice of the end user, ensuring infrastructure improvements enhance customer experience and meet user expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate technical infrastructure needs into clear product priorities.
• Ensure all infrastructure meets security standards and industry best practices, particularly in security architecture and compliance.
• Drive infrastructure scalability through real-time monitoring and troubleshooting, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
What You'll Bring
• 12+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on infrastructure and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
• Proven success in launching and maintaining enterprise-scale platforms, with experience driving infrastructure projects from inception to production.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure and security architecture, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and compliant.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale infrastructure, optimizing uptime, monitoring, and overall performance.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and frameworks related to cloud platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, translating technical challenges into business-aligned solutions.
• Experience in Agile product management, leading teams to deliver infrastructure and platform improvements on time and within scope.
Who You'll Work With
Every member of your squad (including development, design, and QA), for which you will be its product leader Internal customers, translating their voice and needs into user stories and engaging users as needed.
Product Portfolio Leaders, who will set the vision, roadmap, budget, and priorities & key KPIs for the Product Portfolios and subsequently, for the squads Scrum Leaders, which will act as your right hand to remove impediments and will support you in dealing with the different artifacts and ceremonies.
Other Product Owners within BCG to share best practices, ensure alignment between squads, and coordinate on dependencies.
Agile Coaches, with whom you will share passion about Agile ways of working and with whom you will shape promote business agility (within your teams and in the whole company).
