Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Sales Leader, located in Gurugram. The Global Sales Leader will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies, manage sales teams, and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales meetings, training and mentoring sales staff, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
• Ability to analyze market trends and prepare sales reports
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
