Our agency has grown into a well-respected and thriving business. As our team scales, we’re looking for someone ready to grow with us in the role of co-agent/buyer manager.
About the Role:
Deliver exceptional customer service to sellers and build strong relationships with prospective buyers
Coordinate and attend key appointments, including inspections, photography sessions, and open homes
Support buyers through every stage — from initial enquiry to successful purchase

What You’ll Need:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A current real estate certificate (or working towards)
An ABN (or willingness to obtain one)
A quite work space and reliable internet
Reliable transport
Availability on Saturdays
This is a hybrid role, with your time split between your home office and client properties. We encourage new entrants and those nearing completion of their real estate certification to apply — training and support will be provided.
