You will support analysis and project across various HR projects and programs.
Key areas of focus will include executing on cohesive process for our compensation and bonus operations, supporting global people analysis and providing support for oversight of high risk and other global people priorities.
You will support additional projects related our HR initiatives and priority reporting and data analysis needs. You will be responsible for extracting, synthesizing and manipulating data to create reports and summarize key metrics. You will monitor data integrity through regular analysis and audits. You will need have good attention to detail, to be agile and willing to creatively flex in this role.
