Job Description
Our Global Services (GS) HR team support our Global functions. This role will lead people related workforce data management, analysis, and modeling for one or more of our global functions and across one or more key data topic areas. Initially working with the Global Finance function, you will be a crucial contributor to our global finance transformation efforts in leading the ownership and data of our critical people impact model, through smooth HR reporting solutions, data integrity and ensuring we deliver to our change business case.
In this role you will –
• Work closely to understand the Future Finance business case and philosophy and working closely with the initiative team, Functional Finance and HR ensure our people related data is properly managed across worldwide finance population as we move through the different waves over our multi-year finance transformation
• Additionally work closely with the Global HR Director for Global Finance in developing and managing data to support the team’s workforce planning efforts aligned to the Finance function transformation
• Lead efforts, along with Workforce Data, Reporting and Analytics Manager and team, to ensure the operational aspects of our GS master data management deliver streamlined, accurate and effective decision support data
• Partner with our People Experience and Transformation & Change Directors to bring strong data and analytical support to programs and change initiatives
YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Developing the most efficient and streamlined approach, using our system and network, to track the people movements and plans, being the single source of truth and keep data integrity.
• Work closely with HR and Finance to project and identify gaps to long term plans
• Delivering on the functional responsibility for all aspects of the people impact model and reporting on the model to a broad variety of stakeholder with specific needs on people related data
• Delivering on HR initiatives and priority reporting and data analysis needs. You will be responsible for extracting, synthesizing, and manipulating data to create reports and summarize key metrics.
• You will monitor data integrity through regular analysis and audits. You will need have good attention to detail, to be agile and willing to creatively flex in this role.
• Working collaboratively with various stakeholder groups within and outside of HR, especially Functional Finance, Head of Finance, HR Directors, HR Operations and our HR data team.
• Having responsibility for HR data integrity, including performing audits and data analysis to identify data issues and their impact.
