WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of our GS HR Operations team you will provide HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle for our GS HR hub teams across multiple locations. Identify process gaps & ensure documentation. Will work closely with the HRSS Manager to provide customer excellence and drive productivity.
• Responsible for entering and maintaining employee data within our HR system (i.e. personal data, job, office, compensation, working capacity, costing, work location, leaves of absence, education, background history etc.)
• Assist with general employee requests, letters, verifications, etc. including generating visa invitation letters for any GS employees travelling
• Will be responsible to provide HR administrative support in employee lifecycle
• Consults with internal customers regarding various transactions, trouble shoots issues and focus on resolution
• Suggest and help in implementation preventative and corrective actions towards improving quality
• Act as a back up for team members when required
• Support team in implementation of projects as per organizational directive
• Apply a proactive, flexible, and practical approach to manage process and technology changes while achieving a project's desired outcomes
• Support in organizational audit requirement as in when required
• Provide general support to GS HR team and perform other duties as assigned or required

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• A graduation degree
• 3+ yrs of relevant work experience in a professional services or multi-national companies
• Knowledge of Workday & experience in Global HR Operations / HR Shared Services
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
