Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited- USI Delivery Centre – Knowledge Services- Global Tax & Legal, Specialized Services – Analyst
Overview
CoRe Knowledge Services sits inside Deloitte’s global shared services organization and serves Deloitte’s 10 largest member firms worldwide.
The Tax & Legal Knowledge Management team contributes working with customers/ stakeholders across the Global Tax & Legal practice to win and deliver work, connect knowledge systems, services and content that accelerate our speed to market, speed to proposal, speed to proficiency, enrich collaboration and engagement and, consistency of delivery among Deloitte professionals.
Work you’ll do
As a part of this team, you will be responsible for:
• Work with Global Tax & Legal business stakeholders to maintain and publish content to platforms
• Communicate with stakeholders for projects including project planning, reporting
• Derive insights and develop client recommendations
• Enhance business understanding of Global Tax & Legal through learning programs
• Check for completeness & consistency of content (content management)
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design solutions
• Search the database to ensure submitted content is not a duplicate of materials already published in the portal
• Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content within the portal
• Follow Deloitte standards for creating HTML pages
• Check and ensure completeness and accuracy of deliverables, brand and site rules governing Deloitte's Knowledge Management portals
• Ensure 100% compliance with established site development and maintenance processes
• Collaborate with relevant Knowledge Services team members for completing all site maintenance activities including publishing content and including visual and interactive elements
Skills/Expectations:
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a content management/knowledge management organization
• Knowledge of web technologies/platforms such as HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SharePoint 2010/2013, InfoPath, Nintex, CSS, jQuery
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an interest in innovative and creative thinking
• Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervision
• Ability to productively manage and work within a virtual team
• Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate.
• Suggest practical solutions and partner with Global customer/stakeholders to implement the solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
• Self-motivated and strong team player.
