Wastewater and Oil and Gas Projects
Candidate must have skills to design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects Candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in handling multiple projects in water across wastewater management, water management, pipelines Candidate must be able to perform cost engineering (estimating, cost control, cost forecasting, etc.) by consulting with relevant stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrated proficiency in risk management techniques Ability to lead effectively the team of various disciplines in a fast-paced environment with adherence to safety guidelines and QA/QC compliance Candidate should have demonstrated ability to mentor team-members and groom them for taking responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure the smooth functioning of every Project with strict adherence to company policies and procedures Implement the overall strategy of project and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment To evaluate / review and report monthly on the performance of all Projects, covering cost control, achievements, compliance, evaluation towards KPIs and other key parameters Direct interaction with top management for feasibility study, planning, concept design and budget approvals for any project Handle Customers and all other stake holders effectively and manage the project teams to achieve the project objectives Responsible for providing user experience feedback from customers and troubleshooting where necessary to protect existing and develop new business.
