The Role
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll be the technical backbone of client engagements—designing, running, and optimizing outbound campaigns and GTM systems that consistently produce measurable pipeline.
This role blends hands-on execution (data sourcing, workflow automation, enrichment, outreach, deliverability) with strategic communication (aligning with clients, explaining systems clearly, and iterating based on evidence).
What You’ll Do
• Architect GTM systems: Build end-to-end lead engines (data sourcing, enrichment, routing, sequencing, attribution).
• Automate with AI: Integrate OpenAI/Anthropic and enrichment APIs to power research, personalization, and QA at scale.
• Run outbound campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on deliverability and results.
• Own CRM & workflows: Configure HubSpot (and occasionally Salesforce/Pipedrive) for routing, scoring, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
• Orchestrate data flows: Connect Clay, Apollo, enrichment APIs, and iPaaS tools (n8n / Make / Zapier) to keep data clean and actionable.
• Communicate clearly: Write concise updates, document workflows, and manage stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
• Self-manage projects: Plan, prioritize, and deliver results across multiple client projects without constant supervision.
Must-Haves
• Hands-on GTM automation experience: Clay, Apollo, Smartlead/Instantly/Outreach, HubSpot.
• Cold email & deliverability skills: Warmups, domains, inbox setup, monitoring.
• LLM/AI integration chops: Prompting, chaining, API calls for enrichment/personalization.
• Strong communication skills: Able to explain technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-management & ownership: Comfortable handling multiple projects independently with minimal oversight.
• Integration mindset: APIs, webhooks, JSON, iPaaS (Make/n8n/Zapier); light scripting (Python/JS).
Nice-to-Haves
• RevOps or demand gen experience (funnel design, attribution, reporting).
• Strong cold email copywriting and personalization skills.
• LinkedIn automation experience.

• Submit the assignment when done along with a Loom / video explanation of how you’ve approached the assignment. Just a 5-7 min video of the challenges you faced, the possible solutions and why you made certain assumptions.
• If you are shortlisted after the above, a live interview with one of the co-founders - and that’s it!
