Require Skill : Working with the Go programming language
• Strong written and communication skills with proven fluency in English
• Knowledge of various Go frameworks and tools
• Candidate with Hand on experience with Go Language.
• Preferred from telecom background.
• Should be able to handle Team :
• Lead a team of Golang developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable software solutions.
• Architect and design reliable, maintainable, and efficient systems using Go and related technologies.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements prioritize tasks, and estimate timelines.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers within the team.
• Profile and optimize the performance of Go applications, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability and correctness of the software.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation, architectural diagrams, and design documents.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Resolve conflicts within the team and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders, communicating project progress, challenges, and :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Golang developer with a strong understanding of Go programming language and its ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience in designing and architecting scalable and efficient systems using Go.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and scrum practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
