Job Description: • Manage and execute paid advertising campaigns for multiple businesses within the real estate and construction space • Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns for construction services, real estate investment and wholesaling leads • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for cost, quality, and conversions • Set up and verify conversion tracking • Track and report on key metrics such as cost per lead, click‑through rate, and conversion rate • Communicate results in a straightforward, non‑technical way. Requirements: • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns • Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, and lead generation funnels • Experience with real estate, construction, or service‑based advertising preferred • Ability to work independently and manage campaigns with minimal supervision • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working behind the scenes with limited direct client interaction.
