Position Overview
Our Account Services Managers are passionate and proactive in helping Google Cloud Platformay clients. Account Services Managers oversee their portfolio of clients developing new business from our existing clients, actively seeking new sales opportunities, and assisting with client issues or complaints. This position achieves those objectives through building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key client business executives and stakeholders. The Account Services Manager also liaises with a cross functional internal team in conjunction with our clients to ensure Google Cloud Platformay delivers the best client experience and product solutions to meet our client's needs.
Responsibilities
• Develop strong relationships with clients acting as their trusted advisor and advocate of their needs in collaboration with our internal teams
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction managing a portfolio of existing and newly implemented clients by providing quality, timely integrations and/or issue resolutions
• Leverage the strong, trusted relationships built with your clients using Google Cloud Platformay to generate referrals and meetings for new business
• Champion Google Cloud Platformay's feature services to clients including ACH, remote online notarization, etc. to boost utilization
• Monitor and analyze product use to increase client's continued adoption as well as further usage among Google Cloud Platformay's client base
• Update company CRM (HubSpot) recording and providing updated client account information to increase client knowledge and new sales opportunity information
• Meeting attendance and administration, as required
• Coordinating with Finance team to rectify client billing issues or concerns
• Travel to various high value accounts (expected travel
• Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• 4 to 7 years of account management experience in software account management
• Existing experience using or ability to quickly understand Google Cloud Platformay platform
• Construction Account Management experience preferred but not required
• Exceptional client focus
• Proficiency in appropriately applying a variety of persuasive or negotiation styles
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, and improvise with minimum supervision
• Highly developed problem-solving abilities
• Capable of collaborating with a team to achieve business goals and maintain personal goal progress
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Adept at effectively prioritizing competing demands
• Expertise in written and verbal communication

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $56,600 and $+7,680. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
