Location: Wakad, Pune (Compulsory Work From Office)
Work Time : +.30 PM To 6.30 PM [Monday to Friday] - (Alternative Saturday off)

We specialize in performance marketing with a strong focus on lead generation and sales-driven campaigns. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a skilled and result-oriented Google Ads Expert to join our office in Wakad, Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) campaigns for lead generation and sales.
• Manage and monitor ad budgets, A/B testing strategies, and bid strategies.
• Create compelling ad copies, keyword research, audience segmentation, and landing page suggestions.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align ad campaigns with overall digital strategies, including social media and SEO.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in PPC advertising and Google Ads algorithms.
• Optimize campaign performance for multiple clients across sectors (B2B & B2C).
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record in delivering measurable ROI through lead generation and sales campaigns.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization.
• Familiarity with digital marketing basics – SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Data Studio for reporting.
• Certification in Google Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
