Attractive Salary ranging from $85,+35.20 to $+8,823.40 per year.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Governance Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Council's governance functions, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements and facilitating effective decision-making processes.
Key responsibilities include coordinating council meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, maintaining governance records, and providing advice on governance matters.

ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of local government processes and governance frameworks.
Experience in a similar role within a Local Government setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to upholding the highest standards of governance practice.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
The salary for the Governance Coordinator position at Moree Plains Shire Council ranges from $85,+35.20 to $+8,823.40 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
