As an Administrative Litigation Assistant, you will join a dynamic team working towards this mission, supporting the Office of Legal Affairs in delivering high-quality legal counsel and litigation services to various administrative and program areas within DSS.
Responsibilities:
Perform research and consult with program staff as needed to obtain responsive data and materials
Prepare drafts of confidential correspondence, memoranda, drafts, final letters, and reports for the Deputy
Track outcomes and results of judicial and administrative litigation, gather responsive data, and prepare periodic reports
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, including one year in an administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty.
