Job Description
The Government Court Support Officer will provide critical support to the court team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Managing filing, scanning, collecting, and delivering tasks with precision and efficiency
Preparing the court rooms for each day, maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail
Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the public and legal teams
Communicating clearly and concisely with colleagues and clients, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
Requirements include possessing excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary information is as follows:
£11.44 per hour contracted to 37 hours a week during office hours, increasing to £12.07 per hour after 12 weeks employment.
