Job Description
The Legal Project & Practice Coordinator will support a team of solicitors providing legal services and advice to government clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist with compulsory acquisition work for major Victorian Government projects
Manage project management, statutory deadlines, and matter deliverables
Monitor and report on the progress of matters to clients
Prepare and draft notices, forms, letters, and settlement deeds
Assist in preparing tender processes and fee proposals
Manage budgets, estimates, and billing
Coordinate cross-government reporting
This role requires prior experience in project coordination and advanced administrative skills. Knowledge of systems and processes supporting a legal practice is also desirable.
