Job description
Mid-Tier National Firm - Open to lawyers with 5 Years PAE with either regulatory, administrative law or general disputes experience.

Join a large litigation team in Brisbane, specialising in high-end government and admin related disputes while enjoying a positive culture free from office politics.

The chosen candidate will work in a large team nationally, with direct client engagement on the complete spectrum of commercial litigation, encompassing:

Advising on administrative law matters and litigation
Procurement Law disputes
Confidentiality, Information Sharing, Privacy litigation
Public sector litigation
Civil penalty proceedings
Judicial review
Property disputes
Providing advice in relation to administrative decisions and statutory interpretation.
Regulatory disputes and investigations
Right to information and Privilege
Merits Review
Commissions of Inquiry
Royal Commissions
Human rights

& THE LAWYER THEY NEED -

We are seeking Senior Associates with at least 5 Year PAE in the fields of Commercial Litigation, government or administrative law. Associates on the cusp will also be considered.

The ideal candidate will have a background in specialist, top, or mid-tier legal settings, demonstrating experience and a drive to excel within a collaborative team environment.

Experience in investigations or government dispute resolution will also be highly advantageous for this role.

While strong academic achievements are advantageous, they are not necessarily essential, especially if you bring valuable experience from a larger firm.
