Job Description
Hills and Fleurieu Landscape Board is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our Business and Governance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely administrative and project support
Undertake executive support as needed
Coordinate and manage fleet vehicles including booking, servicing and maintaining registers
Provide professional customer service to members of the public, stakeholders and employees
Review, identify and help implement efficiency and process improvements
About You:
You have experience providing professional and timely administrative and business support. You understand business processes and associated systems.
You have experience developing and preparing briefings, presentations, reports and meeting papers. You are able to work autonomously, independently and as part of a team.
You work collaboratively and have excellent interpersonal communication skills. You have a thorough grasp of and experience using the Microsoft Suite of software applications.
Requirements:
One full-time (37.5 hrs/per week), ASO4 Senior Business Support Officer Term position available immediately
Located in Mount Barker, South Australia
National Police Check Current class "C" driver's license and willingness to drive is essential
Australian residency or a current work permit
