Exciting opportunity for an experienced Government Proposal / RFP Support Specialist (USA) for our IT Staffing and Solutions, to join one of the fastest growing companies in our space.
Title : Government Proposal / RFP Support Specialist (USA)
No of positions : 1
Location : Remote, India
Notes :
• Experience in supporting Government Proposal Support for USA Federal, State and county level bids / projects / RFP is MUST
• Experience with managing relations with US government agencies is desired and a plus
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Experience with USA government contracting terms, processing and proposals - MUST
• Experience with USA government proposal for 2+ years (Required) - MUST
• Experience with Federal, State and County level RFP bidding process
• Experience with end to end RFP and bidding process with US Government projects
• Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or marketing.
• Strong Microsoft Word skills. Strong editing and competencies.
• Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
• Relations with some Government agencies based on experience
Job Duties
• Handle end to end RFP bidding process for US government contracts
• Meeting with other team members, including writers, senior editors, project managers and marketing directors, to create content
• Revising content
• Review and analyze government Request For Proposal (RFP) documents to ensure adequate information for proposal preparation is provided.
• Use different tools to format documents and proofread using the Track Changes feature.
• Help develop and submit marketing documents by providing administrative support
• Use word processing systems to create presentations, calendars, acronym list, spreadsheets, matrixes, and organize proposal content.
• Utilize word processing, data processing, and industry-specific software programs to edit and finalize materials.
• Ensure the quality, branding, and compliance of final proposal documents. Develop entire proposal from start to finish, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, providing surge support, or offering targeted proposal guidance and reviews ensuring that documents are concise, compliant, and compelling
