Age Criteria
Up to 40 Years
Educational Background:
MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management/Master’s in Management or Economics.
Experience:
8-10 years of experience post-PG, working in the Government sector or with public agencies, with a focus on system implementation responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in the areas of Policy Design, Monitoring & Evaluation, Establishing Market Linkages, Trade Promotion, and Finance Facilitation.
Conduct secondary research and benchmarking to support Training Need Assessment, formulation of Vendor Development Framework, and Demand Assessment.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective policy implementation and system improvements.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on research findings and market analysis.
Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance the capabilities of team members and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other key partners to support organizational goals.
