We are looking for Investment Promotion Professionals with a strong background in the Government sector.
Someone based in Maharashtra or who has previous experience in Mumbai will only be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Investment Promotion
• Develop strategies to attract domestic and foreign investments across priority sectors.
• Facilitate investor engagement, business outreach, and stakeholder consultations.
• Support state/central government agencies in creating investor-friendly policies and frameworks.
Policy Drafting & Development
• Draft policies, guidelines, and frameworks related to investment, industry, and economic growth.
• Conduct benchmarking studies of global best practices in investment promotion and ease of doing business.
• Provide analytical inputs for regulatory reforms, sectoral policies, and strategic initiatives.
Strategic Consulting
• Advise government clients on economic development, industrial growth, and sectoral strategies.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and impact assessment to inform decision-making.
• Prepare policy briefs, white papers, and strategic roadmaps for government stakeholders.
Government Consulting
• Engage with senior government officials, industry associations, and multilateral agencies.
• Support in designing and implementing large-scale government programs and projects.
• Draft presentations, reports, and recommendations for policy committees and advisory boards.

Job Title: Government Sales
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our government sales efforts, leveraging 6-15 years of expertise in media strategy and public sector engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with institutions such as DIPR, DAVP, PSUs, and other government agencies.
Main Responsibilities:
• Strategic Government Engagement - Lead engagement with central and state ministries, PSUs, and defense/public communication departments, developing long-term sales strategies aligned with government priorities and media objectives.
• Media Solutions & Campaign Development - Design and present integrated media campaigns (broadcast, digital, print, outdoor) tailored to government and PSU objectives, ensuring campaign relevance and compliance with DAVP norms, DIPR communication protocols, and PSU guidelines.
• Tender & Contract Management - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of government and PSU tenders, RFPs, and contracts, ensuring full compliance with procurement norms, documentation standards, and pricing protocols.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship - Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and media strategists, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Public Policy, or related field.
• Minimum 6-15 years of experience in government sales, PSU engagement, media strategy, or public sector consulting.
• Proven success in securing and managing large-scale government/PSU contracts.
