Job Description

As our Founding Product Support Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional experiences for government staff and the communities they serve. You will report directly to our CEO and work closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams to develop and refine Support processes.

Design and implement Support strategies that deliver world-class customer experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation
Utilize customer data insights to inform decision-making and optimize Support operations
Stay ahead of industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth
The Ideal Candidate
">
2+ years of Product Support experience, preferably in early-stage SaaS companies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathetic customer interactions
Ability to navigate complex products and technologies, with a passion for learning
Familiarity with standard operating procedures and playbooks, with experience in documentation and knowledge sharing
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
