Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Government Site Specialist to join our team for the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) in the United States. This alternative to detention program aims to supervise individuals navigating the U.S. immigration court system.
In this role, you will use your knowledge of case management and experience working with multicultural clients to develop, implement, and coordinate case management and individual service plans for ISAP Program Participants. You will also be responsible for ensuring that participants attend court hearings and comply with conditions set by DHS.

Main Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and coordinate case management and individual service plans for ISAP Program Participants.
Meet with participants face-to-face regularly to assess their needs and provide guidance and support.
Maintain accurate and complete case records for all ISAP Program Participants.
Conduct intake interviews and orientation sessions with each ISAP Program Participant.
Install electronic monitoring equipment on ISAP Program Participants as necessary and monitor compliance with electronic monitoring program.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, and demonstrated tact when interacting with employees, community contacts, government officials, and participants. You will also need demonstrated sound judgment and even temperament with the ability to deal tactfully with the public.
Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or related social services/human service field. At least two years' relevant experience in a field related to law, social work, detention, corrections, government, or similar field. Bi-lingual language skills required. Experience dealing with multicultural clients.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $+0,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
