Job Description:
The Senior Help Desk Technician II will provide Level 1 & 2 Help Desk support services to end users consisting of senior management, attorneys, support staff, contractors, and associated systems for the Executive Office for the United States Attorneys (EOUSA).
This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide technical assistance and support to end users via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer systems and equipment.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
**Technical Requirements:**
One year or more experience with help desk software and tools.
Active DOD clearance of Level 6 Public Trust or above.
