Graduate Accountant | Investment Management | £27,000 - £30,000 | London and Hybrid
Our client is a dynamic and fast-paced financial services firm that has recently undergone significant positive changes. With a new CFO at the helm, they are on a journey to enhance their financial processes and build a sustainable platform for growth. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a private equity-backed business with a rich history of organic and acquisitive growth.
They are looking for an energetic and driven recent graduate keen to start studying towards their accountancy qualification. Working in a high-performing team this is a great opportunity to kickstart your accountancy career.
Your Role:
• Supporting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Responsibility for preparing the monthly balance sheet.
• Preparing, posting, and reconciling various accruals and prepayment schedules.
• Supporting the Group function ensuring that financial and management reporting is performed accurately.
• Training towards either ACCA or CIMA
Your Skills & Qualifications
• 0 to 12 months of accounting experience gained in a corporate environment.
• An excellent academic track record, with an ambition to pursue an accounting qualification.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, are a must.
• Team player, with a willingness to learn new skills and add value.
