We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Financial Accountant to join our Financial Control Team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside industry professionals, supporting financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your expertise in financial and management accounting while contributing to key projects that drive efficiency and accuracy across our organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring financial data is accurate and compliant with accounting standards.
Assisting with accruals, prepayments, and general journal postings.
Performing balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
Contributing to the preparation of BAS and FBT reporting.
Assisting in the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Supporting internal and external audits.
Collaborating on process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Helping with financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
About You:
Recently graduated with excellent communication skills and tech savvy
Eligible to, or have commenced CA or CPA program;
Experience in financial or management accounting will be advantageous.
Reliable, honest and with integrity;
Advanced Excel skills and computer literate in a range of financial software and accounting packages (SUN, Blackline & TM1 desirable);
Excellent attention to detail;
Ability to adapt quickly to change and work methodically while under pressure.
