The Opportunity
As a Graduate Accountant, you will play an important part in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. You will become an integral part of the broader team and be mentored by Partners to help you grow as a professional and into leadership positions. Position Responsibilities
Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
Assist in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
Help provide an exceptional service to our clients
Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
About You
6-12 months' working experience in a Chartered Accounting practice.
Graduated or undertaking your final semester of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
Experience using accounting software, such as MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
