BAE Systems do offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however it is expected on our Graduate programme you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Please note, this may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business. What You Will Be Doing
As a Legal Graduate you will take a lead role in supporting the business in its legal export control compliance, covering a wide range of activities.
This role involves support to all current submarine programmes and involves work across multiple areas of the business and will provide you with excellent development opportunities.

Duties And Responsibilities
• Lead in supporting the business in importing and exporting and managing licensing issues.
• You will also be involved in conducting assurance activities.
• You will provide expert support to both internal and external organisations.
• You will work with other areas such as IM&T, Security and Supply Chain to ensure compliance.
• You will ensure best practice across all areas and across a team of experienced professionals.
Skills
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related degree.
