About the Role

As a Graduate Sales Operations Executive, you will be responsible for categorising companies to ensure the New Business team have an organised pipeline of pre-qualified companies to reach out to. This is a great opportunity to develop your current skillset and learn about the life science and pharmaceutical industry within a well-established, highly successful sales engine. Responsibilities include:
• Ownership of categorising campaign lists
• Support the Sales Team by developing pipelines of leads
• Organise and update reports
• Manage and work with the CRM
• Research and compile lists of potential clients
• Efficiently navigate sales automation tools

Essential criteria:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• An Undergraduate degree
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Able to meet and achieve deadlines
• Great attention to detail
• Based in Northern Ireland

Desirable criteria:
• Basic knowledge within Sales, Life Sciences or other science disciplines
