Job Summary



Put your creative skills and passion for amazing design to work for Safe Fleet, by helping translate Safe Fleet vision and goals into tangible design elements that support our marketing strategies. Be part of a team that develops visually arresting/customer resonating materials for the promotion of technology solutions that help reduce accidents and save lives.


The Graphic Design Specialist will develop video, print and digital media with an emphasis on specialized icons and illustrations and provide photography and presentation support as needed. In this role, you will promote Safe Fleet products and solutions across all platforms of Safe Fleet’s PTLW business unit within four essential service markets. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to corporate brand guidelines.


Responsibilities:


Create and design graphics (images, icons, banners, presentations, packaging, posters and signage) to support the production of print and digital ads, emails, collateral and social media
Create and design promotional videos for use on YouTube, web and other social media channels
Ensure adherence to Safe Fleet brand standards
Provide conceptual design, graphics and artwork to support trade shows and events
Work with the marketing team, and product and sales managers to assist in the execution of multi-channel programs, including adherence to program timelines and workback schedules
Assist in updating web content, and social media and blog posts
Assist and provide input into the creation of presentations and marketing collateral as needed
Provide photography support for miscellaneous real-world product/solution demonstrations

Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000/yr CAD

Contract Length: 14 months


The final offer will be determined based on a combination of factors including skills, experience, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities.

Candidates at the lower end of the range will meet the core qualifications and demonstrate strong potential to grow within the role.
Mid-range offers reflect a solid match with the role’s technical and collaborative requirements.
Offers at the top of the range are reserved for candidates who bring exceptional qualifications, specialized expertise, or unique value that significantly exceeds the baseline expectations

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and video production
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) MS office and PowerPoint
Experience helping deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
Experience in DSLR photography
Graphic design skill with a strong portfolio and an eye for typography, composition and color with attention to detail
Ability to self-start & self-motivate with strong work ethic and an ability to deliver tight deadlines
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with colleagues in a cross-functional work environment
Must be a team player and demonstrate a positive attitude with excellent people skills
