Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be an Expert in Figma and Adobe. As a graphic designer, you'll be responsible for creating visually appealing, accessible, intuitive, and converting websites across mobile and desktop placements using Figma. You will collaborate with our design and development teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience and further develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Designing Websites & Landing Pages:working with the development team in creating visually appealing, accessible, intuitive, and converting websites across mobile and desktop placements using Figma.
Designing Social Media Graphics: create on-brand, engaging static and animated graphics that align with corresponding copy and underlying strategy to be used across the social platform.
Designing Advertising Creative: create high-converting and strategic static, motion, and video assets.
Email Design:Designing email templates during a resource or deadline crunch.
Brand Identity & Quality: ensuring all assets align with client brand guidelines.
Requirements:
Expert in Figma and/or Adobe.
1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
Have worked in some web design or web-adjacent roles.
Be able to show examples of your work across both digital and print.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
Understand UI/UX and accessibility best practices and principles.
Be a team player, willing to help when needed to get the job done.
Have exceptional comprehension skills and attention to detail.
