Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor – Social Media Focus

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a strong background in designing content for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and other visual formats that captivate digital audiences. Key Responsibilities

Design engaging visuals and motion graphics for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and other social media platforms.
Edit short-form and long-form video content with a strong grasp of pacing, transitions, text animation, and sound syncing.
Create thumbnails, covers, end screens, and promotional designs that align with platform-specific aesthetics.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to bring campaign ideas to life with fresh, innovative visuals.
Stay ahead of social media trends to craft content that resonates with the target audience and boosts engagement.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across all social platforms.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing for Instagram and YouTube.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator); knowledge of CapCut, Canva, or Figma is a plus.
A strong portfolio showcasing Instagram Reels, YouTube edits, and other social media graphics.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling, visual rhythm, and audience appeal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Understanding of social media algorithms and content formats that perform well on different platforms.
Nice to Have

Experience in branding, typography, and motion graphics.
Familiarity with YouTube SEO, social media analytics, and video performance metrics.
Background in influencer or content marketing is a bonus.
