Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with 3–6 years of professional experience, who also brings hands-on exposure in marketing, social media management, market analysis, and negotiation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual content, executing digital campaigns, analyzing market trends, adhering to social media protocols, and collaborating across teams to support brand growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, presentations, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute visually engaging content aligned with campaign strategies.
• Manage and monitor social media channels (posting, audience engagement, analytics tracking) and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and platform-specific protocols.
• Implement and follow social media best practices and posting protocols, including tone, timing, formatting, and platform etiquette.
• Conduct basic market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience behaviour to guide visual content and marketing strategy.
• Negotiate with vendors, freelancers, and clients for design deliverables, timelines, and project budgets where applicable.
• Support digital and print marketing efforts to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity.
• Stay updated with design trends, industry tools, and evolving social and digital platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in graphic design with a professional portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of marketing principles, digital campaigns, and brand positioning.
• Experience in managing and growing social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) using tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
• Familiarity with social media protocols, posting schedules, brand voice alignment, and audience-specific content delivery.
• Basic knowledge of market research techniques and ability to interpret data to shape creative strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Bonus: Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and/or UI/UX design.
Preferred Qualities:
