Job Title: Graphics Designer Team Leader Location: Thergaon, Pune Job Type: Full-time Salary:- 23,000 to 25,000 Per Month Timings:- 10AM - 7PM Job Description: As a Graphics Designer Team Leader at A2Z Marketing Agency, you will be responsible for overseeing our design team and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand project requirements, conceptualize designs, and manage the design process from start to finish. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a creative and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of graphics designers, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. • Conceptualize and create design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project goals. • Review and approve design work, ensuring it meets quality standards and client expectations. • Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers to help them improve their skills and grow professionally. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and importance. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. • Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred. • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Corel Draw. • Excellent English communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to mentor and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
