Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate grill chef to work alongside our talented team preparing and serving fresh food in our busy local pub.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of food including steaks, burgers, pizzas, sandwiches etc
Come up with ideas to help the pub grow
Help maintain the fantastic reputation the pub has for great homecooked food
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grill area and other departments within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality meals.
Participate in inventory management by reporting stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies when necessary.
Qualifications

Previous kitchen experience, particularly in a grilling or culinary role, is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent cooking skills with a focus on meal preparation and presentation.
Restaurant experience is advantageous, along with the ability to work as part of a team.
A passion for serving quality food and providing excellent customer service is essential.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
