Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a TSM in the TASC Segment at Equitas Small Finance Bank, located in New Delhi,Haryana and Punjab Region. The TSM will manage day-to-day tasks such as building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience, managing sales and service functions, and achieving targets. Responsibilities include market analysis, developing strategies to acquire new clients, and collaborating with internal teams to provide comprehensive banking solutions.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and service management skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in market analysis, strategy development, and execution
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective banking solutions
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in the banking sector, preferably in TASC (Trust, Association, Society, and Clubs) segment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
