Manage and oversee individual account managers, that oversee their respective client accounts, ensuring deliverables and KPIs are met and in a timely manner.
Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to achieve client KPIs and objectives.
Set clear timelines on deliverables and KPI’s, to ensure account managers meet them effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to enhance client outcomes.
Build strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance and value based support.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the digital marketing industry.
Ability to handle sensitive and high-value clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Thorough understanding of organic and paid, digital marketing activities.
Strong Logical Reasoning and Problem Solving Skills.
Good interpersonal skills to manage client and team expectations effectively and efficiently.
Organised, and efficient in timeline management.
