Job description - Human Capital Manger
As a Human Capital Manger, you are expected to help employees develop the key competencies that enable individual in organization to perform current and future jobs. Experience of dealing with knowledge workers with high academic achievements is required.
Human Capital Manger is responsible for entire employee life cycle management including need identification, interview, recruitment, staffing, welfare, maintenance, training and retraining, placement, appraisal, promotion, compensation or rewards, engagement, motivation, relationship, transfer, and discipline of academic and non-academic staff.
