At WiseTech Global, we’re looking for a sharp, motivated, and solutions-focused Group Remuneration & Benefits Accountant to join our dynamic Corporate Accounting team.

You’ll lead our Rem Accounting function and take charge of areas that really matter — including employee Share-Based Payments (SBP), quarterly commissions, and payroll-related accounting. With two direct reports, exciting projects ahead, and direct access to senior leadership, this role is a brilliant opportunity to lead with purpose and grow your career in a fast-paced, ASX-listed global tech company.

What You’ll Do
Lead and support the Remuneration Accounting team, managing two direct reports

Own the end-to-end accounting for:

Employee Share-Based Payments (SBP)
Quarterly commission calculations and reporting
Payroll Accounting: month-end entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Dive into process improvement initiatives , automating and simplifying workflows

Play a key role in our Group ERP transformation project – test, streamline, and shape future-state finance

Collaborate with internal teams across Finance, People Operations, Payroll and Sales

Deliver accurate, timely reports for leadership, auditors, and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring
CPA or CA qualified

Strong foundations in accounting, with a keen interest in remuneration and benefits

Experience in any of the following is ideal: share-based payments, payroll accounting, or commission calculations

Proven team leadership or mentoring experience – you're someone who enjoys growing others

Exceptional attention to detail and a logical, structured way of thinking

Confidence to work with senior stakeholders, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee data

A proactive mindset – someone who sees gaps and takes action

Within 3 months: you’ll own SBP and commission processes and be leading with confidence

Long-term: you’ll drive improvements, support M&A integrations, and grow alongside a business that’s constantly evolving
