Job Description
• Utilize this rapport to build to acquire CASA nos., value and TPP from the respective customers of Banks Group companies silos
• Responsible for achievement of assigned targets on CASA acquisition and CASA value and TPP
• Responsible for achievement of desired productivity norms on CASA acquisition for each AAM
• Doing joint calls with GR AAMs to their customers
• Ensure account opening TAT is maintained.
• Continuously working on process improvements which will help give better service to Group Companies & end-customers
• Ensure each AAM follows process and compliance norms including KYC & IPV procedures & various other RBI/statutory guidelines.
• Periodic training to Group Company / Silo sales staff on KMB Products and services, which will help the GR team to have better CASA product mix, vis-à-vis Pro & Ace products.
Requirements
• Graduate preferably Management Graduate
• Should have sales orientation
• Leadership skills (Though more tactical than strategic)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team management & leadership skills
• Minimum work exp. – 4 years
• Knowledge of Basic CASA acquisition, Trinity ,NR & TPP (insurance)
• Process orientation
