Your Expertise
• Experience completing individual tax returns
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Access to high speed, reliable internet
• Experience and skilled in technology (specifically MS Teams and Outlook)
• Inspire confidence in our clients with your ability to communicate complex tax situations concisely via phone, email and chat
• Experience utilizing effective customer service techniques
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment1 or equivalent
• High school diploma / equivalent or higher
• Must complete continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during peak tax season
• Skill in researching information using various tax and publication tools to understand the client's need (i.e., IRS Publications/Instructions)
It would be even better if you also had...
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
• Experience completing complex tax returns
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews that create confidence in clients
• Tax planning and audit support experience
• Sales and/or marketing experience

Grafana Labs is looking for an Growth Account Manager who will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business across the West region. You will identify, nurture and close opportunities with new customers. You will manage forecasts and track customer data. We're strong proponents of a consultative sales approach - learn about the customer's needs first before talking about our products. Your expertise will be critical in helping articulate the value of our products, work with the customer during the trial phase and hand off a strong relationship to our Customer Success team.
Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed team quarterly and annual revenue and consumption goals
• Partner with Account Director to prospect into an existing key account base and identify new opportunities for revenue growth
• Be responsible for driving consumption, retention and expansion within your portfolio
• Drive the identification of new leads within existing accounts and schedule follow up meetings
• Collaborate closely with Observability Architects and Professional Services teams to drive customer success
• Contribute towards & execute on, a detailed account strategy whereby your customer(s) can understand and benefit from Grafana Labs growing platform
• Be able to understand and convey the value of Grafana Labs technology
• Develop deep expertise in Grafana Labs technology to effectively communicate its business value and uncover cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Requirements
• 2+ Years of Experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
• Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)
• Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
• Adaptable and with demonstrable experience in high velocity technology companies
• Experience using Salesforce
• Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage
• You will need to be an excellent communicator in all channels (in person, online, in writing) and able to form strong working relationships both in person and virtually
• Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal
