• Developing and implementing growth strategies based on data analysis and market research
• Tracking and analyzing key metrics such as user acquisition, retention, and engagement for Editorji.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to drive growth initiatives
• Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Technical skills include proficiency in web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Google Data Studio) and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker).
• Analytical skills include the ability to analyze and interpret data, identify patterns and trends, and make data-driven decisions. Marketing skills include an understanding of marketing strategy and the ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns. Additionally, strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential for this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 6-8 years of overall experience in growth focused roles in media companies.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading the growth function.
• Exceptional understanding of product-based innovations in digital media industry and its best practices across user growth, retention and engagement
• Should be comfortable in working with Product and Engineering leaders.
• Should be able to deliver results in constantly changing agile environment
