Overview
I am an entrepreneur managing a diverse portfolio based in Houston, Texas, including a high-volume physical signage and print shop, a digital media agency, and various e-commerce projects. I move fast, I have a constant stream of new ideas, and I am looking for a Growth Operations & Marketing Assistant who is ready to be the "anchor" to my "engine."
This is an entry-level leadership track. I am looking for someone who is early in their career but possesses a natural obsession with organization, a sharp eye for design, and the ability to write persuasive copy. You will start by helping me organize the chaos, and as you prove your ability to manage systems and people, you will transition into a Director of Operations or Growth Lead role. I will invest in your training, provide direct feedback, and help you master the business side of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Command: You will maintain our master Monday.com workspace. You arent just looking at tasks; you are looking at timelines and dependencies. You will identify whats stuck or at risk before I even notice it.
Marketing Strategy & Copywriting: You will help me turn raw ideas into actual campaigns. Youll be responsible for drafting ad copy, social media captions, and landing page text. Youll learn to maintain a consistent brand voice across all our companies.
Team & Contractor Coordination: You will be the primary point of contact for our other specialized designers and editors. You will brief them on projects, track their deliverables, and provide the first round of feedback to ensure their work meets my standards.
Technical Quality Assurance: You will perform a "two-person check" on all work. Youll audit Meta and Google ad setups for errors and check design files for technical print specs (bleeds, resolution) before they hit the production floor.
Systems Documentation: You will build our "Company Brain"a Google Sites intranet. Every time we solve a problem, you will document the solution into a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Executive Triage: You will manage my professional inbox and calendar, protecting my time for deep work while ensuring our clients and partners get timely responses.
Requirements
The "Systems" Mindset: You must be naturally organized. If you love spreadsheets, checklists, and project boards, you will thrive here.
Technical Foundations: You must have a baseline proficiency in Graphic Design (Canva/Photoshop), Video Editing (CapCut/Premiere), and a basic understanding of Paid Ads (Meta/Google).
Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and spoken English. You must be comfortable asking clarifying questions and "pushing back" if a priority is unclear.
Commitment to Manual Work: We hire for human creativity. You must be willing to do the work manuallydesign, copy, and managementwithout over-reliance on AI shortcuts.
Logistics & Hardware:
Internet: Reliable, high-speed fiber connection (min 25 Mbps) with a backup plan (data tethering/power bank).
Hardware: A computer capable of handling video editing and multiple browser tabs.
Power: A stable power supply or a plan for local brownouts.
Travel: Must have a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally for potential team retreats or training.
Availability: This role follows Houston, Texas Time (CST). You must be available to work during US business hours to ensure real-time collaboration with the founder and the physical shop operations.
What You Get

Stability: Full-time role with a guaranteed 13th-month bonus in December.
Mentorship: Direct access to an entrepreneur who will teach you the "why" behind every marketing and business decision.
