Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Guest Relation Executive to provide exceptional service and ensure a pleasant experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, local attractions, and services.
Manage VIP guests and ensure special arrangements are in place.
Follow up on guest feedback and ensure continuous improvement in service.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Assist in preparing daily reports related to guest satisfaction and occupancy.
